Part-Time Company Physician

About the role

Join Awesome CX by Transcom as a part‑time Company Physician at the Davao site. You will be responsible for safeguarding the health, safety and overall well‑being of all employees, both on‑site and through remote medical services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage health and wellness programs for all staff.
• Provide direct medical care, consultations and tele‑medicine services.
• Recommend and develop policies, programs and initiatives that improve occupational health in line with legal requirements.
• Inspect the workplace for health hazards and ensure a safe environment.
• Maintain and analyse medical records to identify trends and preventive actions.
• Prepare and submit required medical reports to management and government agencies.
• During COVID‑19 and the new normal, conduct tele‑triage, issue fit‑to‑work clearances and manage remote care.

Required profile

• Graduate of Doctor of Medicine.
• Licensed Physician.
• Basic Course in Occupational Medicine (BCOM) certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent clinical management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, emotionally demanding environment.
