Paralegal

About the role

We are looking for a Paralegal to provide legal and administrative support to our Legal and Compliance Unit. The role involves maintaining both paper and electronic files, managing contracts end‑to‑end, and liaising with senior management and external counsel.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the Legal Team’s paper and electronic records using management tools.
• Facilitate end‑to‑end management of all contracts and monitor their progress.
• Prepare and update the inventory of contracts and agreements.
• Liaise with senior management and external counsels as needed.
• Assist the Corporate Secretary with corporate housekeeping, meeting minutes and governance records.
• Coordinate and prepare meeting decks, agendas and briefing materials for board and management committees.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant 4‑year course.
• At least 1 year of experience as a corporate paralegal, preferably in a bank.
• Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail.
• Sound judgment with ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Strong time‑management skills and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup with the head office in Bonifacio Global City.
