About the role
The Packing Line Operator is responsible for running and supervising production equipment on a food packing line. The role ensures smooth operations, consistent product quality, and strict adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment according to standard procedures.
- Perform pre‑production checks to confirm equipment readiness.
- Conduct routine process and quality inspections during shifts.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain proper cleaning, sanitation, and routine maintenance of machinery.
- Accurately record production data and generate reports using internal systems.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and support teams.
- Follow safety, quality, and environmental regulations at all times.
- Support continuous‑improvement initiatives and operational projects.
