Outpatient Nurse (RN) – Davao City

About the role

The Outpatient Nurse (RN) will join Tebow CURE Children’s Hospital in Davao City, providing nursing care for children undergoing orthopedic and reconstructive surgeries. The role focuses on ambulatory treatment, follow‑up, and patient education while collaborating closely with the medical team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist physicians with patient hospitalization and pre‑operative preparation.
• Screen and investigate cases to determine need for admission.
• Deliver effective ambulatory treatment and coordinate follow‑up rehabilitation for discharged patients.
• Monitor and control communicable diseases to prevent outbreaks.
• Coordinate workflow with other hospital departments.
• Communicate disease information and treatment plans clearly to patients and families.
• Prepare, sterilize, and arrange instruments and equipment for examinations and procedures.
• Provide nursing care, patient support, and education in line with accepted nursing standards and hospital policies.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification.
• Entry‑level or recent graduate ready to work full‑time.
• Strong communication skills for patient and family interaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
