Outbound Sales Representative – UK & US Publishing Markets

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Outbound Sales Representative to join our on‑site team in Cebu City. In this role you will work with authors from the United Kingdom and the United States, helping them publish and promote their books while driving revenue through high‑ticket sales over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and engage prospective authors in the UK and US markets via phone.
• Present publishing services, negotiate terms, and close outbound sales.
• Achieve monthly sales quotas and manage a pipeline of high‑value opportunities.
• Handle objections, resolve challenges under pressure, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of new authors.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2C or B2B sales experience (publishing not required).
• Proven ability to close outbound high‑ticket sales.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable working night‑to‑mid shifts aligned with UK and US business hours.
• Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and a team‑player mindset.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
