Outbound Sales Representative – Remote Cold Caller

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Representative to work remotely and generate new business for DiscountMugs.com’s branded merchandise solutions. You will engage prospects through high‑volume calls and emails, introducing our product range and setting up qualified appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Use targeted prospect lists to make a high volume of outbound calls and emails.
• Conduct needs‑based conversations, recommend appropriate branded product solutions, and generate qualified leads.
• Schedule appointments or demos and transition warm opportunities to the sales team.
• Maintain a professional phone presence as a frontline representative of the brand.
• Meet or exceed outreach, activity, and scheduling targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Document all call activities, lead status, outcomes, and follow‑up tasks in the CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine prospect lists, messaging, and scripts.
• Continuously build product and industry knowledge and handle rejection with resilience.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in outbound calling, cold calling, telesales, or B2B prospecting.
• Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily and handling rejection professionally.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage a pipeline and prioritize follow‑up tasks.
• Self‑motivated, energetic, goal‑oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Basic data entry and analysis capabilities.
