About the role
The Organizational Development Director will lead company‑wide change initiatives for a retail organization based in Quezon City. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape culture, improve employee engagement and align talent with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement OD strategies that drive performance, culture and growth.
- Lead change management programs across the organization.
- Analyze workforce data to identify engagement gaps and recommend interventions.
- Align organizational structure and talent models with business goals.
- Partner with senior leaders to embed behavioral psychology principles into people practices.
Required profile
- Proven experience in the retail industry.
- Strong expertise in behavioral psychology, organizational design and data‑driven decision making.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to manage large‑scale change.
