Oracle Principal Tech Lead – Cloud & Enterprise Solutions

About the role

The Principal Tech Lead – Oracle Cloud & Enterprise Solutions will act as the chief engineer and technical authority across the Oracle technology stack. You will shape technical strategy, lead complex integrations, and ensure high‑performance, secure, and innovative solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the enterprise technical authority for Oracle OCI, Fusion Cloud, E‑Business Suite (EBS), Service Cloud, Integration Cloud (OIC), Autonomous Databases (ATP/ADW) and GoldenGate.
• Define and maintain an end‑to‑end Oracle architecture roadmap aligned with scalability and security standards.
• Lead cloud‑native modernization initiatives, migrating and integrating Oracle workloads to OCI and hybrid environments.
• Design, evaluate and implement cross‑platform integrations between Oracle and non‑Oracle systems.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews for development teams.

Required profile

• Hands‑on technical leader with deep Oracle expertise and experience in large‑scale digital transformation programs.
• Strong background in cloud‑native design principles and integration architecture.
• Proven ability to drive architectural decisions and influence enterprise‑wide technology strategy.
