O&M Lead

About the role

The O&M Lead will oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring their overall success and timely delivery. This role involves managing both internal and external client expectations, as well as coordinating with public and private offices for permits and policies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily, weekly and monthly project updates and progress reports to NBO managers and head office.
• Supervise field teams, resolve issues, motivate staff, and ensure quality, productivity and efficiency.
• Document material usage, update project trackers, and develop end‑to‑end SOP manuals.
• Collaborate with supervisors, managers and other departments to improve project efficiency and career development programs.

Required profile

• College graduate or equivalent with at least 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Willingness to be deployed or relocated anywhere in the Philippines and hold a manual 4‑wheel driver’s license.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and construction practices and standards.
• Familiarity with telecommunications, construction and project management processes.
