Operations Officer – Bacoor Support Center

About the role
The Operations Officer will support the Bacoor Support Center by driving loan growth and ensuring the safe handling of cash and vault operations. This role combines commercial lending activities with day‑to‑day cash management to meet the bank’s profitability and asset‑quality targets.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new commercial loans and expand the existing loan portfolio.
- Cross‑sell other bank products and services to existing clients.
- Provide professional account management to achieve portfolio growth and profitability.
- Manage and monitor cash‑in vault, including deposit pick‑ups and cash‑cube operations.
- Load cash into ATMs and oversee outward clearing processes.
- Reconcile billings and extended vault transactions.
- Preserve asset quality by adhering to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Graduate of any business‑related degree; a degree in Accounting is a plus.
- Demonstrated exposure to cash‑handling transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced banking environment.
