Operations Officer – Bacoor Support Center

About the role
We are looking for an Operations Officer to join our Bacoor Support Center. The role supports the bank’s commercial lending and cash‑handling functions, ensuring smooth daily operations and high‑quality customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new commercial loans and develop the existing loan portfolio.
- Cross‑sell bank products and services while adhering to policies and regulations.
- Maintain and grow professional relationships with customers.
- Manage cash‑in vault operations, including deposit pick‑ups, cash‑cube handling and ATM cash loading.
- Oversee outward clearing, reconcile billings and handle extended vault transactions.
Required profile
- Graduate of any business‑related course; a degree in Accounting is a plus.
- Experience or exposure to cash‑handling transactions.
