About the role
WNS is seeking experienced leaders to manage travel‑related operations. In this role you will guide a team to meet performance metrics, deliver monthly targets and support the overall success of travel accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve defined operational metrics.
- Provide coaching, constructive feedback and performance management for sub‑ordinates.
- Handle administrative tasks that support day‑to‑day operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely completion of monthly deliverables and tasks.
- Collaborate with other functions to resolve issues and improve processes.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of relevant managerial experience.
- Experience handling travel accounts is preferred.
- Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making and analytical abilities.
- Completed at least two years of college education.
