Open-rank Tenure-Track / Tenure Faculty Position

About the role

The School of Information Science and Learning Technologies (SISLT) at the University of Missouri is seeking an open‑rank, tenure‑track faculty member to join its iSchool. The scholar will engage in research, teaching, and service across the MLIS, PhD, certificate, and expanding undergraduate programs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver undergraduate and graduate courses in library and information sciences.
• Conduct research leading to publications and external grant funding, particularly in digital humanities and information/document management.
• Contribute to departmental service, curriculum development, and interdisciplinary collaborations.
• Mentor students and support their scholarly activities.
