Middle School Teacher – Science & Religion (6th & 8th Grade)

About the role

Mary, Mother of the Redeemer Catholic School is seeking a dedicated Middle School Teacher to deliver Science and Religion instruction to 6th and 8th grade students. The successful candidate will join a supportive community focused on academic excellence and spiritual development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Science and Religion lessons for 6th and 8th grades.
• Assess student learning through assignments, quizzes, and projects, providing timely feedback.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and orderly classroom environment.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and administrators to align curriculum with school standards.
• Participate in parent‑teacher conferences and school events.

Required profile

• Valid teaching certification for middle school education.
• Experience teaching Science and/or Religion at the middle school level.
• Strong knowledge of state and Catholic curriculum requirements.
• Commitment to fostering both academic and spiritual growth.
