About the role

The Organization Development (OD) Director will lead strategic initiatives to improve performance, culture and growth within a retail organization based in Quezon City. This direct‑hire position focuses on aligning structure, talent and business goals to drive productivity and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

Design and implement organization‑wide change programs that enhance culture and performance.
Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and measure impact of interventions.
Apply behavioral psychology principles to boost employee engagement and retention.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align organizational design with business objectives.
Lead cross‑functional teams through transformation projects and monitor progress.

Required profile

Proven experience in the retail industry.
Strong expertise in behavioral psychology, organizational design and data analysis.
Demonstrated leadership ability to manage company‑wide change initiatives.
