Ocean Operations Manager, Luzon

About the role

The Ocean Operations Manager for Luzon will lead port, vessel, and cargo operations across the region, ensuring operational excellence, safety, and compliance while building a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee port operations, vessel calls, and husbandry activities across Luzon, ensuring timely berthing and efficient turnaround.
• Develop and continuously improve operational processes, standards, and controls to meet company, terminal, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage cargo execution for DG, OOG, and Reefer cargo, driving process improvements and container visibility.
• Control operational costs, review vendor performance, and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with terminals, port authorities, government agencies, and service providers.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in vessel operations, port or terminal operations, shipping agencies, or ocean logistics.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple issues, and be available for 24/7 on‑call support when needed.
