Occupational Health Nurse (OSH) – Taytay

About the role

The Occupational Health Nurse (OSH Nurse) will provide clinical support and drive health‑and‑safety initiatives within our Taytay facility. You will coordinate medical monitoring, manage occupational health programs, and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate emergency response, crisis management, and business continuity programs.
• Deliver health and wellness services such as pre‑employment exams, annual physicals, vaccinations, drug testing, and Employee Assistance Programs.
• Collaborate with the HSE team to implement onsite OSH standards and maintain clinic operations, including records, medicines, supplies, and equipment.
• Assist employees with health‑related benefits, claims, and concerns while ensuring data privacy and information security.
• Support HR and leadership on health‑and‑wellbeing initiatives and maintain compliance with DOLE regulations.

Required profile

• Willingness to work in Taytay (or based in Taytay).
• Valid nursing license in the Philippines.
• Completed Basic Occupational Safety and Health course from an accredited provider.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Knowledge of Philippine health and safety regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other reporting platforms.
