Occupational Health Nurse

About the role

The Medical City Clinic is seeking a qualified Occupational Health Nurse to staff its corporate clinic located in Uptown Building Tower 1, BGC, Taguig. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality nursing care to employees, supporting their physical and emotional well‑being, and ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt nursing services, including medication administration, treatment, and preparation for procedures.
• Make referrals to the company doctor or dentist and assist employees requiring hospital confinement.
• Maintain inventory of medicines, supplies, and equipment in line with service level agreements.
• Keep accurate health records for employees and the clinic.
• Prepare and submit annual medical reports to government agencies when a doctor is unavailable.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing, preferably with BOSH and OHNAP training.
• At least 6 months to 1 year experience as a company or clinic nurse.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
