Occupational Health Nurse – Corporate Setting

About the role

Join goFLUENT Philippines as an Occupational Health Nurse, providing clinical expertise and wellness support within a corporate environment. You will safeguard employee health, manage occupational health programs, and collaborate with HR and safety teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage occupational health programs such as pre‑employment medical exams, return‑to‑work assessments, and health monitoring.
• Provide first aid and emergency medical care during workplace incidents and coordinate with external healthcare providers.
• Maintain confidential employee health records, surveillance data, and medical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations, occupational health standards, and company safety policies, including report preparation and audits.
• Conduct workplace inspections and support the Safety Team in identifying risks and implementing health and safety initiatives.
• Promote employee wellness programs and offer basic health counseling.
• Administer HMO enrollment, group life insurance records, and coordinate with providers.
• Maintain first‑aid supplies, medicines, and medical equipment.
• Assist HR with occupational health‑related administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) with an active PRC license.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience (preferred).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable handling both clinical and administrative duties.
• Willingness to work onsite from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM in Eastwood.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel for records tracking and reporting.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets for records tracking and reporting.
• BOSH certification (training support available).
