Nurse – Clinical Care

About the role

This position supports doctors in delivering treatments, monitoring patients' vital signs, responding to medical emergencies, and providing essential assistance throughout patient care at a clinical setting.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and record patients' vital signs and medical history.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during all interactions.
• Develop appropriate nursing care plans and perform patient triage.
• Carry out routine procedures such as blood pressure measurements and injections.
• Document patient data through accurate charting.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain availability of medical supplies.
• Submit monthly census reports and perform additional tasks as assigned.
