Regulatory Affairs Pharmacist

About the role

The Regulatory Affairs Pharmacist ensures our cosmetics products meet all Philippine FDA requirements. You will develop regulatory strategies, manage FDA correspondence, and oversee product registration and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Register cosmetics and personal care products with the FDA and prepare LTO license renewals.
• Handle and resolve FDA Notices of Compliance and coordinate inspections.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of cosmetics regulations and ensure formulations meet FDA standards.
• Ensure warehouses comply with FDA requirements and schedule monthly visits and pest‑control coordination.
• Conduct product testing for finished goods, investigate complaints, and support customer inquiries.
• Audit imported and local suppliers, manage Product Information Files per ASEAN Cosmetics Directive, and process manufacturer agreements.
• Train and mentor junior pharmacists on regulatory functions and provide monthly updates to the regulatory manager.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of FDA rules and policies for cosmetics.
• Excellent written and oral communication with high attention to detail.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple regulatory tasks.
