Motorrad Sales Consultant

About the role

The Motorrad Sales Consultant will represent RSA Motors Corporation in selling BMW motorcycles. You will guide customers through the entire sales journey, from initial inquiry to delivery, while meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Sell BMW motorcycles and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Assist customers from inquiry through vehicle delivery.
• Recommend motorcycle models based on customer needs and preferences.
• Conduct product presentations and arrange test rides.
• Prepare quotations, sales documents and regular reports.
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries promptly.
• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
• Coordinate with financing and after‑sales teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions and market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in automotive or motorcycle sales.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Passion for motorcycles is an advantage.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license is a plus.
