About the role

The Modern Workplace Lead drives the integration of technology and practice to create hybrid, collaborative, and secure work environments. This role connects digital workplace tools with employee experience, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the organization’s modern workplace strategy, aligning technology with business objectives.
• Act as a thought leader on workplace transformation, championing innovation and employee‑centric practices.
• Collaborate with HR, Facilities, and Business Units to embed technology into workplace culture and policies.
• Lead deployment and adoption of collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Ensure seamless integration of productivity tools, cloud services, and mobile solutions.
• Oversee platform governance, compliance, and security frameworks for end‑user technologies.
• Drive user adoption through training, communication, and support programs.
• Promote digital literacy and modern work practices across the organization.
• Monitor usage analytics by creating dashboards to track license consumption.
