Medical Representative – Pharmacy Channel (Metro Manila)

About the role

The Pharmacy Channel Medical Representative will drive the commercialization of Joincare generic products across drugstores in Metro Manila. You will work closely with distributors, pharmacists and procurement officers to ensure product availability, optimal pricing and strong sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists and decision‑makers in drugstore chains and independent outlets.
• Secure product listings, manage initial orders and ensure timely stocking of Joincare generics.
• Develop and execute coverage strategies targeting key pharmacy accounts and untapped stores.
• Collaborate with local distributors to manage pricing, inventory levels and avoid stock‑outs.
• Monitor stock movement, provide recommendations and support pharmacy‑level sales and marketing plans.
• Collect competitor pricing and market intelligence, reporting insights to headquarters.
• Assist distributors with hospital listings and government tender participation when opportunities arise.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably within pharmacy or hospital channels.
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with pharmacists and procurement professionals.
• Strong analytical mindset for market and competitor analysis.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
