Medical Doctor – Active PRC License & Diplomate (Internal Medicine)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Medical Doctor to lead and manage our medical and clinical operations within a Healthcare BPO environment. The position is hybrid, requiring 2–3 days onsite in Makati, and operates on a night shift schedule aligned with US holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee medical and clinical operations, ensuring high‑quality patient care.
• Provide clinical guidance and support care coordination across teams.
• Review cases, assist in medical decision‑making, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Develop, implement, and monitor clinical policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Active PRC Physician License and Board Certified (Diplomate) in Internal Medicine.
• Completed residency training in Internal Medicine.
• Willingness to work night shift and be on‑site 2–3 days per week.
• Residence within 50 km of Makati and stable internet (minimum 100 Mbps).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
