Master Trainer

About the role

The Master Trainer will support the Talent Development Manager in designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs that meet both organizational and individual needs. This role involves conducting training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives across all employee levels while ensuring alignment with the company’s talent development strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement training programs based on identified learning needs.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives for employees at various levels.
• Perform training needs analysis in partnership with department heads and HR partners.
• Create training materials, manuals, presentations, and e‑learning content.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with external trainers, vendors, and consultants as required.
• Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
• Maintain accurate training records, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, learning technologies, and talent development trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in training delivery, learning & development, or talent management.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training impact and ROI.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in creating engaging learning materials using PowerPoint.
• Experience developing e‑learning content and training manuals.
