Marketing Manager

About the role

Rebisco is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution for its biscuit and frozen food brands. Based in Ortigas, you will shape brand performance, drive growth, and collaborate across functions to deliver market‑leading products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement mid‑ to long‑term marketing strategies for assigned brands.
• Lead brand activation and integrated marketing communications across all channels.
• Oversee new product development, forecasting, and category & channel planning.
• Analyze consumer and shopper insights to inform brand equity and profitability.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and cross‑functional teams.
• Coordinate with distribution, key account, and digital marketing teams to maximize market reach.

Required profile

• Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• 8‑10 years of solid marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Background in Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or a similar industry.
