Marketing Director SEA

About the role

Clorox is seeking a dynamic Marketing Director to lead its South East Asia (SEA) portfolio across Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore and additional growth geographies. The role is tasked with doubling business size within a 3‑5 year horizon by delivering profitable, sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own brand and portfolio growth strategy, P&L, and step‑change growth execution for the SEA Business Unit.
• Develop long‑term marketing plans that define competitive positioning across brands, categories, consumer segments and usage occasions.
• Identify, size and prioritize growth opportunities across portfolio adjacencies, channels and commercial models.
• Translate consumer, shopper and customer insights into integrated growth strategies with clear value propositions.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, R&D and Supply Chain to deliver integrated business outcomes.
• Establish an agile marketing leadership model focused on speed, learning and rapid scaling of winning ideas.
• Set strategic priorities, KPIs and performance metrics, adapting plans to market and competitive dynamics.

Required profile

• Proven senior marketing leader with a track record of driving double‑digit growth in consumer‑goods or FMCG markets.
• Strong strategic thinker capable of operating in ambiguity and making decisive choices.
• Experience managing regional teams and P&L responsibilities across multiple countries.
• Excellent commercial acumen and ability to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
