About the role

The Marketing Associate supports the account officer in handling housing‑loan related tasks within the Retail Mortgage Division. Based at the 3rd floor of the BPI Consumer Center, the role focuses on processing loan accounts that come through branch partner referrals and ensuring accurate reporting to internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support the account officer in housing‑loan related activities.
• Process loan accounts received via referrals from branch partners.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to the internal reporting team.
• Collaborate with the Retail Mortgage Division’s reporting department to ensure data accuracy.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented individual capable of handling loan documentation.
• Effective communication skills for coordination with branch partners and internal teams.
• Basic understanding of mortgage or housing‑loan processes.
