AI GTM Homeowner Marketing Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an AI‑native Homeowner Marketing Specialist to build and run Haven’s inbound marketing engine. Working remotely, you will use AI tools to create high‑volume, high‑quality content that attracts vacation‑home owners.

Key responsibilities

• Write and publish homeowner‑focused blog posts on a regular cadence, covering market reports, owner economics, regulations, design trends and case studies.
• Manage the full publishing workflow: research, drafting, editing, SEO optimization, image sourcing, formatting, scheduling and publishing.
• Develop guest‑post pitches for industry publications to build authority.
• Create a repeatable repurposing system that turns each long‑form article into at least five short‑form assets for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube Shorts.
• Curate and redesign professional property photos for daily social posting and maintain a content calendar.
• Collaborate with the Meta ads team to align paid and organic strategies.
• Build prompts, skills and workflows in Claude and similar AI tools to automate content production.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, able to own end‑to‑end projects and ship quickly.
• Strong written communication with a focus on clarity and trust‑building for property owners.
• Comfortable working in a remote, fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with AI content generation tools such as Claude.
• Proficiency in Meta advertising platforms.
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices.
