Internal Communications Officer

About the role

The Internal Communications Officer will develop and execute communication strategies that boost employee engagement, reinforce the bank’s culture, and ensure consistent messaging across all levels of the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal communication plans aligned with business objectives and HR initiatives.
• Create engaging content for internal channels such as newsletters, intranet, emails and other digital platforms.
• Coordinate with various departments to guarantee consistent and aligned messaging throughout the organization.
• Support leadership communication by drafting speeches, announcements and talking points.
• Assist in planning and managing internal events and campaigns that promote employee engagement and organizational culture.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and recommend improvements.
• Ensure all communication materials comply with the bank’s brand guidelines and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Strong written communication skills for drafting speeches, announcements and content.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments to maintain consistent messaging.
• Understanding of brand guidelines and regulatory requirements within a banking environment.
