Manufacturing Technician III – Equipment Maintenance

About the role

Join TE as a Manufacturing Technician III and play a key part in keeping our production equipment running at peak performance. You will work with a diverse team to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve machinery across plating, stamping, and molding operations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and scheduled preventive maintenance on all equipment.
• Diagnose malfunctions, identify root causes, and repair or replace defective components.
• Support installation and setup of new machinery, including wiring and component connections.
• Interpret electrical schematics, machine manuals, and technical documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment condition.
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies and regulations.

Required profile

• Graduate of a minimum 2‑year technology program.
• 3–5 years of experience in plating, stamping, or molding operations.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Good decision‑making, problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
