About the role
We are looking for a Manufacturing Crew member to support the machine operator in daily production activities at our ice‑cream manufacturing facility. The role involves assisting with equipment set‑up, monitoring production lines and ensuring smooth operation to meet output targets.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the machine operator with start‑up, change‑over and shut‑down of production equipment.
- Monitor machine performance and report any irregularities.
- Help load and unload raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment following company safety standards.
- Support routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance tasks.
Required profile
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.
- Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting during shifts.
