Management Trainee Program

About the role

The Management Trainee program at Air Liquide Philippines offers a structured 18‑month rotation across Finance, Sales and Operations. It is designed to develop future leaders with hands‑on experience in the industrial gas industry.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operations including maintenance, inventory control, safety and quality initiatives.
• Gain practical insights into plant production, reporting and analysis.
• Participate in productivity enhancement and continuous improvement projects.
• Engage with operations teams to understand processes and challenges.
• Develop understanding of customers through exposure to engineering and sales teams.
• Assist in troubleshooting plant and facility issues and contribute to solutions.
• Prepare and review documents to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills, accountability, adaptability and ethical conduct.
• Passion for engineering with recent qualifications in mechanical, chemical or electrical engineering.
• Resilience and eagerness to embrace challenges.
• Team‑oriented mindset with enthusiasm for hands‑on engagement.
• Commitment to safety.
• Completion of an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical) or Business Administration with a Marketing major by 2025‑2026.
• Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
• Availability to start in November/December 2026.
