Management Trainee Program – 18‑Month Rotations

About the role

The Management Trainee program at Air Liquide Philippines offers an 18‑month rotational experience across Finance, Sales and Operations. Participants will gain hands‑on exposure to plant operations, customer engagement and business projects, preparing them for a permanent role within the industrial gases sector.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operations including maintenance, inventory control, safety and quality initiatives.
• Assist with plant production reporting, data analysis and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to understand customer needs and contribute to solution development.
• Participate in productivity‑enhancement projects and troubleshoot plant or facility issues.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills, accountability, adaptability and ethical conduct.
• Passion for engineering with a recent qualification in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering (or Business Administration – Marketing) to be completed by 2025‑2026.
• Resilient, team‑oriented, safety‑focused and willing to step out of the comfort zone.
• Valid driver’s license (advantageous) and ability to start in November/December 2026.

Required skills

• Engineering knowledge in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical disciplines.
