About the role
The Management Training Program is designed to develop future banking leaders by providing an intensive eight‑month rotation across key functions of Chinabank. Trainees will gain hands‑on experience, contribute to real projects, and receive mentorship from senior officers.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in a structured eight‑month training curriculum covering core banking operations, risk management, finance, and digital services.
- Collaborate with senior officers on the RISE Project, delivering proposals that create real‑world impact.
- Rotate through different departments to build a broad understanding of the bank’s business.
- Engage in skill‑building workshops and networking events.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science/Analytics, IT, or related technical fields; Latin Honors, Honorable Mention, or a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated interest in a long‑term banking career.
- Leadership experience in school organizations is advantageous.
