Cost Manager

About the role

A leading organization is seeking a Cost Manager to strengthen enterprise‑wide cost discipline, financial governance, and decision support. The role partners closely with senior Finance leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders to provide transparent cost performance insights.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver reliable, decision‑ready cost insights that leadership trusts.
• Maintain strong control over cost drivers and variances.
• Enable data‑driven decisions across the organization.
• Identify and support measurable cost‑efficiency improvements.
• Build credibility as a principled and collaborative Finance partner.

Required profile

• Solid background in Finance, Cost Management, FP&A, or Controllership.
• Experience managing OPEX and/or CAPEX in a complex organization.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and controls.
• Advanced analytical capability and high attention to detail.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and ability to influence without authority.
• Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, evolving environments.
• High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive financial information.
