About the role

The UNIQLO Management Candidate (UMC) program is a full‑time, 12‑month immersion that prepares recent graduates to become store managers and future business leaders. Starting in September 2026, candidates will rotate through key store functions, gaining hands‑on experience in customer service, operations, and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects UNIQLO’s values, mission, and vision.
• Manage store operations, including inventory control, sales tracking, and visual merchandising.
