Mall Operations Manager

About the role

The Mall Operations Manager will oversee the daily functioning of Galleria South, ensuring that all facilities, services, and staff operate in line with company standards and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure the functionality of all building facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Manage operational expenses, staffing, scheduling, and administrative duties.
• Supervise key service areas such as housekeeping, security, food services, carpark operations, engineering, and special projects.
• Deliver consistent high‑quality customer experiences to boost tenant satisfaction, foot traffic, and repeat visits.
• Monitor common‑area costs and implement initiatives to improve profitability.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with tenants, customers, service providers, and local government units.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and standards for engineering systems, construction projects, and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate property maintenance, construction activities, public safety, and outsourced services.
• Support the Regional Operations Manager in programs aimed at increasing sales and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in mall operations, engineering systems, or related facilities management.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities to manage cross‑functional teams.
• Proven track record in expense management, service quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to analyze operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
