Maintenance Technician - Lipa

About the role

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support small to medium‑sized buildings and industrial systems in Lipa City, Philippines. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and assist with equipment installations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make necessary repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion using available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring efficient operation of building systems.
• Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

Required profile

• High School Diploma, GED, trade school diploma, or equivalent experience (1‑2 years related).
• Physical ability to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders and lift/carry loads of 50 lbs or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Strong communication skills for clear information exchange.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Basic work routines and standards in maintenance tasks.
