Maintenance Engineer

About the role

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to ensure the reliable operation of building mechanical, electrical and other systems in Makati City. The role involves preventive maintenance, repairs, and supporting energy efficiency initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed building systems and equipment.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems, reviewing work orders and estimating time and materials.
• Utilize work‑order management systems to track completion and support energy‑management measures.
• Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

Required profile

• High School Diploma, GED or trade school diploma with 4‑5 years of relevant experience.
• Physical ability to lift/carry loads of 50 lbs, climb stairs/ladders and perform stooping, standing and walking.
• Prior supervisory or shift‑manager experience preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to calculate basic financial figures.
