Maintenance Technician – Gentri Cavite

About the role

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of small to medium‑sized buildings and industrial equipment at the Gentri site in Cavite. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, repairs, and ensuring building systems operate efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, diagnose issues, and execute repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders, track completion using the assigned system, and ensure timely resolution.
• Support energy management by maintaining efficient operation of all systems.
• Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Follow established procedures to solve straightforward problems and communicate findings clearly.

Required profile

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1‑2 years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Physical ability to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders and lift/carry loads of 50 lb or more.
• Capability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Clear communication skills for straightforward information exchange.
• Strong organizational mindset with an inquisitive attitude.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
