Project Engineer – Water Utility & Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and hands‑on Project Engineer to support the execution of water utility, pipeline, and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will supervise daily site activities, coordinate with foremen and subcontractors, monitor progress, ensure quality and safety compliance, and assist with project documentation. This position offers a pathway to future Project Manager roles.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities on site.
• Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Monitor manpower, equipment, and project progress against schedules.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Prepare daily accomplishment reports and maintain site documentation.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and quantity verification.
• Coordinate inspections with clients and consultants and report issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (licensed preferred).
• 4–7 years of construction experience, preferably in infrastructure, roads, drainage, pipeline, or water utility projects.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Metro Manila.
• Strong communication, coordination, and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with AutoCAD.
