Maintenance Technician – Genset (Gentri2)

About the role

As a Maintenance Technician for Genset systems, you will support CBRE’s building and facilities portfolio in General Trias, ensuring that mechanical, electrical and other building equipment operate reliably and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical and other building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, diagnose issues and execute corrective actions.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders, track progress and close tasks using the assigned system.
• Support energy management by ensuring systems run efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

Required profile

• NC2 EIM or a comparable educational background.
• 1‑2 years of experience in Genset monitoring and facilities management.
• Physical ability to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders and lift loads of 50 lb or more.
• Capability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Clear communication skills for straightforward information exchange.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational mindset with an inquisitive approach.
