Maintenance Mechanic IV

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Mechanic IV to join our team and ensure the reliability of our facilities and manufacturing equipment. The role involves performing routine and preventive maintenance, diagnosing faults, and supporting continuous improvement in a fast‑paced industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out routine and preventive maintenance on buildings, process equipment and manufacturing machinery.
• Inspect, operate and test machinery to identify malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance and engineering staff as needed.
• Lead scheduled maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues to minimise downtime and waste.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of hands‑on maintenance experience in an industrial setting.
• High school diploma required; vocational training or an Associate degree preferred.
