Luxury Butler – VIP Guest Services

About the role

The Butler enhances the overall guest experience by providing personalized, high‑touch service to VIP and Villa guests at City of Dreams Manila. This role acts as the primary liaison between guests and hotel staff, ensuring every request is anticipated and fulfilled.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and recognize VIP and Villa guests, understand their preferences, and build lasting relationships.
• Coordinate all guest requests, including reservations for F&B outlets, spa, recreational facilities, and transportation.
• Assist with packing and unpacking, serve food and beverage, and manage villa dining orders.
• Provide accurate information on hotel events, attractions, and local points of interest.
• Ensure seamless check‑in and check‑out processes, especially for guests arriving or departing by limousine.
• Maintain up‑to‑date guest profiles, preferences, and service logs.
• Uphold Forbes quality standards from pre‑arrival through departure.
