Logistics & Purchasing Officer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Logistics & Purchasing Officer to oversee the sourcing, procurement, and movement of goods across both domestic and international supply chains. The role supports seamless operations and superior customer service by balancing cost, timelines, supplier performance, and stock accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Source and purchase goods from local and overseas suppliers, raising accurate purchase orders.
• Negotiate competitive pricing and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Manage international freight (air and sea), including quoting, booking, tracking, and providing timeline updates.
• Coordinate local freight pickups and handle customs clearance, tariff classifications, and documentation.
• Review carrier invoices, validate freight charges, and negotiate rates with logistics partners.
• Resolve freight and purchasing discrepancies in collaboration with Finance.
• Distribute stock supplies between business sites and ensure timely, cost‑effective shipments.
• Set up and maintain accurate part codes, stock control, and data integrity across systems.
• Organise warranties, returns, and act as a stock analyst when required.
• Configure and manage voyages in Microsoft Dynamics F&O.

Required profile

• Proven experience in purchasing, logistics, or supply‑chain roles.
• Experience working with overseas suppliers and handling international freight.
• Working knowledge of customs processes and freight documentation.
• Willingness to work onsite at the Angeles City office.
