Community Ambassador

About the role

The Community Ambassador will be the face of TaskUs during client and prospect visits, leading site tours and ensuring a professional, welcoming environment. This role blends employee logistics, safety protocol presentation, and brand representation to support both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate site tours for clients, prospects, and visitors, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Present TaskUs safety and security procedures confidently, with approval from the Safety Team.
• Manage employee logistics, including travel arrangements, shuttle coordination, asset tracking, merchandise handling, and office supplies inventory.
• Oversee regular maintenance schedules for company vehicles and ensure driver and vendor compliance with safety standards.
• Provide coaching and guidance to third‑party drivers as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand in line with attire, grooming, and makeup standards.

Required profile

• Strong multitasking ability while delivering excellent customer service.
• Certified and endorsed by Operations and senior leadership to conduct site tours.
• Well‑versed in TaskUs safety and security protocols.
• Background in employee logistics and vendor coordination.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills.
