About the role

The Logistics Coordinator will oversee daily logistics operations for Rongcales Trucking Services in Metro Cebu. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures shipments move efficiently, inventory stays balanced, and deliveries arrive on time.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, liaising with drivers and clients.
• Monitor inventory levels and update records to support supply‑chain flow.
• Analyze routes and recommend optimizations to reduce costs and improve timeliness.
• Maintain real‑time communication with drivers, clients, and internal teams.
• Identify and resolve logistical issues promptly.
• Prepare accurate documentation and reports on shipment status.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to assess routes and process improvements.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills for interacting with drivers and clients.
• Knowledge of inventory and supply‑chain management processes.
• Proficiency with logistics and transportation management software.
• Highly organized with the capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous logistics or supply‑chain experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
