Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator will be based on‑site in Metro Cebu and will manage the day‑to‑day coordination of trucking operations. This full‑time position ensures pickups, deliveries and route assignments are executed efficiently and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and assign pickups, deliveries and routes for drivers.
• Monitor shipment status and provide real‑time updates to customers and internal teams.
• Maintain communication with drivers, customers and support teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Manage documentation, update logistics systems with shipment and inventory data.
• Track equipment utilization and support compliance with safety and company policies.
• Analyze routing efficiency and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to assess routing efficiency and operational metrics.
• Effective communication skills for coordination with drivers, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Customer‑service mindset to handle inquiries and manage expectations.
• Knowledge of inventory management and supply‑chain principles.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Metro Cebu, including during peak and time‑sensitive operations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and ability to learn logistics‑related systems quickly.
